One interesting customer I had was when someone ordered a Strawberry Refresha. On asking whether he wanted it made with lemonade or water, he responded "I have never been to Starbucks before, this is my first time".

Not everyone has. I'm pretty sure he has tried Lemonade before. Did he want his Strawberry Refresha still or fizzy?

I followed up to explain how the Refresha is made and the customisable options. He still wouldn't be drawn between water or lemonade, the pressure is on to convert this first time customer into a Starbucks fanboy, but he kept referring back to never been to Starbucks before... and even a suggestion of lemonade option didn't yield him to agree as he remained confused and uncertain.

In the end, absent of any allergy concern, I chose lemonade on his behalf... and it paid off because he damn well loved it!

I'm pretty sure that isn't the first time he had lemonade, even with the Refresha base as an additional ingredient.
