Some customers are inventive and impatient. Customer orders a Flat White. Gets out the work laptop, decides to use the Condiment Bar as a laptop tray. As soon as he has opened his laptop, his drink is called, resulting in a dash to put it back away again.

We frequently clean the Condiment Bar from drink spills and sugar. Customer's laptop probably sucked in some sugar during this process... as after making his drink cleaning the condiment bar was next on the list of tasks to do.
