Baristas are just like gum on a shoe?
Complaints about Customers Barista LifeI was polite and professional all the way through, why would he treat me in such a way?
On confirming his two drinks, he proceeded to pay in cash... the £20 note was placed intentionally out of my reach despite my hand coming to meet it half-way and not handed to me. I had to go fetch it myself.. erm okay. I can reach most of the counter width without issue, the note couldn't have been placed further away.
He then ordered bakery in a separate transaction, wanting to use up some of his coins some of which he received in change, this time the coins were thrown in my direction - not dropped or unintentionally rolled - and I'm scrambling to collect them. Some made it on to the floor... it wasn't much of monetary value but the till needs to balance at the end of my shift.
When all done he thanked me. Which was surprising. For once, I didn't reciprocate.
Don't come again, ever, prick! Didn't say that, of course...
